The Huawei SUN2000-5KTL-M1 5kW grid-tie inverter is ready to be installed in homes powered by three-phase power. This inverter is one of the intermediate, albeit low-power models in the new residential range of Huawei three-phase grid-tied inverters, the 3 and 4kW models being smaller.

The Huawei SUN2000-5KTL-M1 5kW inverter has a power rating of 5,000W and 5,500VA, as well as a maximum output current of 8.5A, making this inverter an excellent option for small three-phase installations. The MPPTs that the Huawei SUN2000-5KTL inverter incorporates are characterized by operating in a voltage range between 140V and 980V and by having one input for each MPPT.

The Huawei SUN2000-5KTL-M1 5kW Inverter incorporates 2 MPPTs which allow the installation of the panels in two groups so that each of the groups can be installed with a different inclination, orientation or with different electrical characteristics. Thanks to these integrated MPPTs, the Huawei SUN2000-5KTL inverter maximizes the efficiency of the solar panels so that the investment made is amortized faster, since the home is always offered the maximum energy depending on the number and type of solar panels installed and the solar radiation they are receiving. They are also compatible with Huawei 450W optimizers in case it is necessary to isolate some panels of the series that receive partial shadows.

Some of the safety features offered by the Huawei SUN2000-5KTL-M1 5kW Inverter are DC disconnect switch, anti-island protection, AC overcurrent protection and DC reverse polarity protection, as well as string monitoring. The Huawei SUN2000-5KTL inverter also has a DC insulation detection and residual current monitoring unit. Additionally, its LCD screen allows for system performance monitoring. This inverter is capable of operating between -25ºC and 60ºC and has IP65 protection.
