Litio-Ferro-Fosfato batteria box in Metallo

Batteria per golf car, utilizzabile anche per accumulo energia, è la batteria 48V LiFePO4 più SICURA sul mercato! Incorpora tecnologie innovative utilizzate finora solo in campo aerospaziale e dei veicoli elettrici, elencate qui di seguito:

  • Arrestatore di fiamma interno: l'arrestafiamma è un estintore appositamente progettato per spegnere il fuoco o le fiamme delle batterie al litio, è una doppia protezione per la batteria. 

  • CCS (Cell Connection System): si tratta di un FPC, un circuito flessibile stampato incapsulato con le busbar di rame ed alluminio ed una scheda di plastica. Il CCS consiste nell'appoggiare il circuito stampato sopra le celle per poi effettuare una sola saldatura a laser. Grazie al suo isolamento e all'elevata integrazione, allo spessore ultrasottile e all'ultra morbidezza, presenta vantaggi eccezionali in termini di sicurezza e leggerezza. Questa tecnologia è adottata in ambito aerospaziale e nella mobilità elettrica. Noi ci poniamo all'avanguardia nell'utilizzo di questa tecnologia nel campo dei pacchi batteria lifepo4 ad uso civile ed industriale. Normalmente le batterie sono assemblate collegando manualmente le busbar ai poli delle celle, una ad una. 

  • Connessioni interne ai poli tramite busbar. Perché le busbar al posto dei cavi? L'area di contatto tra la barra di rame e il modulo di controllo è più ampia, la conduttività è migliore, c'è maggiore resistenza alla corrosione, minore resistenza interna, le prestazioni sono più stabili e la riparazione è più facile.
  • Busbars nichelate chimicamente ad alta temperatura. Tecnologia utilizzata attualmente nei veicoli elettrici.

    THE BENEFITS OF LiFePO4 BATTERIES

    Lithium batteries are NOT all the same. Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries (LFP or LiFePO4) are used today also in our homes because they combine safety and durability.
