Shipping and delivery
Rates, destinations and lead times: everything you need before you order.
01 / Three ways we ship, depending on the product
A two-kilo BMS and a seven-hundred-kilo battery cabinet do not travel on the same vehicle, so they do not ship the same way. Your cart works out what you are buying and applies the right rate: you see the total before you confirm the order.
- Standard goods — express courier.
- Solar panels and kits containing them — pallet, flat rate.
- Heavy storage and inverters — pallet, priced by weight and destination.
02 / Standard goods
Italy
Free shipping, no minimum order.
European Union
€60, one flat rate for every destination we serve.
Single batteries, accessories, spare parts, chargers, controllers, cables: everything that does not fall under the two cases below.
03 / Solar panels and kits containing them
Rigid panels, pallets of panels and PV kits that include them travel on a pallet, at a flat rate that does not depend on the order value:
Italy: €120
European Union: €400
Flexible and folding panels do not go on a pallet: they follow the standard rates in section 02. Some PV kits ship free within Italy — the kit's own page says so.
04 / Storage and inverters: pallet shipping, not included in the price
Storage batteries, rack cabinets and larger inverters travel on pallets. For these products the price on the page does not include shipping: the cost depends on the total weight of the order and on the delivery country, and your cart works it out as soon as you enter the address. Each product page also carries the full country-by-country table, so you know the figure before you add anything to the cart.
- Up to 500 kg goes on a half pallet. From 500 to 750 kg, a full pallet. Above 750 kg the cart adds as many pallets as needed.
- Maximum pallet height: 2.02 m.

Above 750 kg: pallets add up. In Zone 1, for instance, up to 1,250 kg costs €550 (one pallet plus a half) and up to 1,500 kg costs €640 (two pallets). The cart goes up to eight pallets.
05 / Mixed orders
For safety we do not load other products onto the solar panel pallet. They ship as separate consignments and the different shipping charges add up. The total is always shown at checkout, before you confirm.
06 / Where we deliver
We ship to Italy and the European Union countries enabled at checkout. We do not serve:
- Cyprus and Malta.
- Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Portugal: Azores.
Estonia: for now we can only ship storage and inverters on pallets.
For destinations other than those enabled, write to us before ordering. Within the European Union there are no customs charges on delivery: shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately in the order summary.
07 / Lead times and delivery
Lead times vary by product: always check the one stated on the product page. They are generally 10-20 days from payment. We contact you by email or phone 1-5 days before delivery, with the tracking number. The carrier delivers to the address given at purchase, unless agreed otherwise by email.
