Collection: Victron Energy – Quattro

The Victron Energy Quattro and Quattro-II, inverter/chargers with two AC inputs: 5000VA and 8000VA for 24V and 48V systems, with chargers from 70A to 200A and a 50A or 100A transfer switch on each input.

The second input is the whole reason they exist: mains and generator can both be connected, with automatic transfer and generator start handled by the system. On a boat that means shore power and genset, in an isolated house a weak grid and a generating set.

As on the MultiPlus the code says it all, and sizing starts from the inrush peaks of the loads, not from average power.
