Collection: WiFi, LAN & 4G/5G dongles

Monitoring dongles for inverters: SolaX Pocket WiFi+LAN with Wi-Fi and Ethernet in IP65 and Pocket LAN V3.0 with RJ45 only, the Huawei Smart Dongle-4G SDongleB-06-EU for sites with no fixed line, and the Deye DL1000B-WIFI data logger with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB.

The dongle is not the optional extra it looks like: with no connection you cannot see production data, cannot update firmware and, on many models, cannot change parameters remotely, which means a site visit for every intervention.

Where Wi-Fi coverage is weak, go LAN or 4G: a dongle that keeps dropping out leaves gaps in the history.
