Redarc solar panels and the parts that connect them: the SPRP1180 fixed monocrystalline module at 180W and 12V with MC4 connectors, SMFP folding portable panels at 130W and 200W, SRC0001 5-metre and SRC0002 10-metre solar cables in 4mm² rated to 30A with MC4 at one end and bare wires at the other, and the SRC0001-CK MC4 connector kit.

Cables with bare tails exist because almost no charge controller has MC4 inputs: one end plugs onto the panel, the other is crimped into the BCDC or MPPT terminal, with no loose joints under the roof.

A 4mm² cross-section is fine up to about 30A on short runs.
