Product support and warranties

For technical enquiries, please tell us the exact model and how you are using it. If you are reporting a fault, include your order reference, the connected components and the conditions in which the problem occurs. Clear photos of the labels and wiring diagram can help us assess your enquiry.

Warranty terms depend on the product, manufacturer and documentation supplied with your purchase. A warranty period stated for one range does not automatically apply to every product in the catalogue and does not replace your statutory rights.

Before returning a product for service

Contact us first to agree on preliminary checks and the next steps. Do not send batteries or components until you have received instructions on packaging, the delivery address and the applicable procedure.

For battery enquiries, please also describe the charger, any voltage readings and any BMS messages. Do not open the battery pack or modify its protection systems to carry out tests that have not been agreed with us.
