What we need to assess your project
Tell us about the machine or system, its operating voltage, the required runtime and the loads it needs to power. Continuous and peak current draw, charging equipment, operating temperatures and maximum available dimensions are particularly helpful.
Please also include your expected first-order quantity, any annual requirements and your deadlines. You do not need a complete specification at this stage: what matters is identifying the essential requirements and the features that are still open for discussion.
From technical assessment to supply
We begin by checking feasibility and identifying factors that could affect cost, lead times and performance. Depending on the agreed scope, the next stages cover electrical and mechanical design, BMS and communications assessment, prototyping and the necessary testing.
Certification, documentation and production are planned around the application and destination market. Every project has different requirements: the scope of work, responsibilities and terms are set out in the proposal.
Integration with your existing system
Replacing an existing battery involves more than matching voltage and capacity. Protection systems, current requirements, the charger and system behaviour across operating conditions must also be considered.
If the battery needs to communicate with inverters, controllers or monitoring systems, we will need the device model details and interface specifications.
