An off-the-shelf battery is often the simplest solution. But when available space, usage profile, or the machine's electronics call for something different, the work starts from the application and its constraints.

What information helps us evaluate the project
Describe the machine or system, the operating voltage, the desired range, and the loads to be powered. Continuous and peak current draw, the charging system, operating temperatures, and the maximum available dimensions are particularly useful.
Also indicate the expected quantity for the first batch, any annual requirement, and deadlines. You do not need to already have a complete specification: it is important to distinguish the essential requirements from the characteristics still to be defined.
From technical comparison to supply
The first phase is used to check feasibility and identify issues that could affect cost, time, and performance. Depending on the agreed project, this is followed by electrical and mechanical design, evaluation of the BMS and communications, the prototype, and the necessary testing.
Certifications, documentation, and production are planned according to the application and target market. Not every project follows the same path: activities, responsibilities, and terms are defined in the proposal.
Integration with the existing system
When the battery replaces a previous storage unit, it is not enough to compare voltage and capacity. The protections, required currents, charger, and system behavior under different operating conditions must also be considered.
For applications that require communication with inverters, controllers, or supervisory systems, the device references and interface specifications are needed.
A path distinct from off-the-shelf catalog purchases
For a standard product you can check the catalog and its datasheet directly. For a custom battery, we instead ask you to send a request: availability, timing, and terms are agreed after the analysis, and do not necessarily match those of the products orderable online.
