Redarc Smart Start battery isolators: SBI212D and SBI224D dual sensing at 200A for 12V and 24V systems, SBI12-LLD Load Disconnect at 100A for lithium batteries and SBI12-BLD built to work with the Manager15 and Manager30 BMS.

Dual sensing is the feature that matters on modern vehicles: the isolator senses voltage on both sides, so it closes whether the alternator, the solar array or the mains charger is charging, which a single-sensing isolator will not do.

The Load Disconnect versions drop the loads at a voltage threshold, protecting the battery before the BMS has to step in.
