DC-DC chargers with 24V in and 24V out, to charge a 24V leisure bank from the alternator of a vehicle with a 24V system: Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart 17A, isolated and non-isolated versions, with Bluetooth on board.

Even when the voltages match you still need a DC-DC: an alternator follows no charge curve and, on modern vehicles with a variable voltage alternator, can drop below the threshold a LiFePO4 needs to charge. The DC-DC steadies it and imposes the correct profile.

The isolated version separates the negatives of the two systems, a frequent requirement on metal-hulled boats and on vehicles with separate grounds for electronics.
