NAIONICS EverStart sodium starter batteries for agriculture, sized on tractor horsepower: 12V 20Ah with 460A CCA up to 40hp, 12V 30Ah with 600A CCA from 40 to 70hp, 12V 50Ah with 800A CCA from 70 to 100hp and 24V 100Ah with 1300A CCA and Bluetooth for the big tractors.
Farm machinery stands idle for whole seasons, works through heavy vibration and gets started cold: the three things that kill a lead battery. Sodium chemistry does not sulphate while standing and keeps its cranking power even after months in the shed.
Check the CCA the engine handbook asks for, the system voltage (12V or 24V) and the dimensions of the tray, often slung under the cab or on the chassis.
