High-voltage LiFePO4 packs for electric lorries and buses: from 307.2V 105Ah with 32.4kWh up to 345.6V 628Ah with 217kWh, in 1S1P, 2S1P, 3S1P and 3S2P builds, all customisable to the vehicle specification.

The code says how the modules are connected: S raises the voltage, P raises the capacity at the same voltage. Start from the voltage the traction inverter needs, then pick the parallel configuration that gives the kWh the working range calls for, checking continuous and peak current.

LiFePO4 cells, multi-level BMS with CAN communication to the vehicle ECU, and thermal management. Designed jointly with the manufacturer or the converter.
