The Quattro-II 24/5000/120-50/50 brings the Quattro's two AC inputs onto Victron's latest platform, the same as the MultiPlus-II: two AC outputs, a smaller footprint and full ESS compatibility. A 5000 VA inverter, a 120 A charger and a 50 A transfer switch per input.
Key strengths
Two AC inputs
Grid and generator can both be connected: the Quattro picks the available source itself and switches over seamlessly.
Two independent AC outputs
The second output is live only when grid or generator is present: it separates critical loads from non-priority ones.
PowerControl
Automatically limits the current drawn from the grid or generator so they are never overloaded: loads come first, battery charging uses whatever is left.
PowerAssist
Adds inverter power to the grid or generator to cover consumption peaks. A 16 A socket can then run far more demanding loads.
UPS function
During a blackout the changeover takes under 20 milliseconds: computers, servers and sensitive equipment keep running without noticing.
4-stage adaptive charging
The adaptive algorithm (bulk, absorption, float, storage) and BatterySafe mode extend lead-acid battery life and are fully compatible with LiFePO4 lithium.
Monitoring and configuration
It is configured and updated with the MK3-USB interface through VictronConnect, or with the VE.Bus Smart dongle over Bluetooth. Connected to a GX device (Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX) it gives full system monitoring locally and remotely on the free VRM portal, with data history, alarms and remote firmware updates.
