Combined RCBOs solve a space problem in the board: a single two-module unit instead of a separate breaker and RCD, useful when adding a circuit for an inverter or a wallbox to a board that is already full.

The auxiliary contact is for status signalling: it reports to a PLC or data logger whether a contactor is closed.
