High voltage LiFePO4 traction packs for electric commercial vehicles: 480V 260Ah for heavy vans and medium commercials, 560V 410Ah for urban and regional distribution, 620V 550Ah and 700V 740Ah for regional and interregional work, up to 750V 900Ah for the longest routes.
On an electric vehicle the pack voltage has to match the traction inverter, while the Ah set the range: 700V at 740Ah is about 518kWh, enough for interregional work at full load. Continuous and peak discharge current, cooling and the communication protocol with the vehicle ECU then all have to be defined.
Every pack is designed and built to the customer's specification, with LiFePO4 cells and a multi-level BMS.
