The Voltronic MAX 8000W 48V inverter charger is an all-in-one model of the Voltronic Power brand. It is designed to be used in isolated installations with heavy use and requiring higher power. This inverter can work with 48V batteries of any technology. It offers up to 8000W of output power and allows panels to be connected to work in a hybrid mode, so as to obtain efficiency similar to grid-connected inverters. The Voltronic MAX 8000W 48V Inverter Charger can work with a high voltage photovoltaic field, which simplifies the connection, increases efficiency and reduces losses due to high intensity. With this possibility, up to two groups of panels of 4000W each can be connected. In total, it can handle up to 8000W of power in panels with the added benefit of working up to 500V open circuit voltage and a very wide MPPT range between between 90 and 450V. This gives a great advantage to be able to deploy any type of solar panel to which we connect in an efficient and versatile way.

The main objective of the Voltronic MAX 8000W 48V Inverter Charger is to bring together all the electronic components of the photovoltaic system. The process is as follows: it receives electricity from the solar panels when there is sufficient solar radiation, stores it in the batteries to recharge it and feeds consumption even during production hours. In case the solar energy is insufficient, the inverter could be connected externally to another power source, such as the public grid or a single-phase generator. Outside production hours or when consumption is higher than the production generated, the energy that has been stored in the batteries is extracted to power them.

The Voltronic MAX 8000W 48V Inverter Charger is one of the most powerful models in the Voltronic Axpert family and offers the following features::

- Removable screen with the possibility of remote (wired) use. The LCD screen can be detached to control and display inverter parameters up to a maximum wiring distance of 20 meters. Cabling is not included, although it is a standard ethernet cable.

- Built-in Wi-Fi. The inverter incorporates a Wi-Fi antenna to communicate with the monitoring platform. The inverter is accessible and controllable from the WatchPower app installed on our smartphone.

- Communication port for BMS. It has a communication port that supports RS-485, CAN-BUS and RS-232 protocols to be able to communicate with lithium batteries that incorporate their own BMS and so that the inverter has the energy readings provided by the battery. Compatible with common 48V Pylontech batteries.

- Battery equalization. To prolong the useful life of lead-acid batteries, this feature eliminates the sulphation that is generated in the plates of this type of accumulator, whether they are open monobloc lead-acid batteries or stationary OpzS. Disposable for lithium batteries.

- Easy ventilation repairability. Since most physical problems can be caused by failures in the ventilation system, fans can be replaced without having to disassemble the unit for easier maintenance.
