A three-phase hybrid solar system for grid-connected operation with energy management, storage, and backup, built around the Deye SUN-20K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 inverter, for commercial and industrial applications.

Kit contents

  • 48 Trina Vertex S+ 505W N-Type TOPCon bifacial Full Black modules, for a total output of 24.24 kWp.
  • 1 Deye SUN-20K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 hybrid inverter, three-phase, 2 MPPT.
  • Selectable storage: Deye BOS-G-Pack5.1 LiFePO4 5.12 kWh 51.2 V for HV Systems — 20.48 kWh (4× module) or 40.96 kWh (8× module).
  • 1 AC solar panel, three-phase, 20 kW 32 A, with CEI 0-21 SPI and IP65 SPD.
  • 1 DC solar panel, 4 strings, 4 MPPT, 1000 V, 32 A, with 4 SPD, IP66.

Calculated solar configuration

Calculated configuration: 4 independent strings of 12 modules across the 2 MPPTs. Operating voltage Vmp 402 V, Voc at 25°C 483.6 V, worst-case Voc at −25°C 541.6 V — within the inverter's 1000 V limit and the MPPT window 150–850 V. Module used: Trina Vertex S+ 505W N-Type TOPCon bifacial Full Black (Vmp 33.5V, Voc 40.3V, Imp 15.09A, Voc coefficient -0.24%/°C). DC/AC oversizing ratio: 1.21×. Preliminary configuration: must be re-checked against the datasheet of the revision actually purchased and the site conditions.

Supply

The kit includes only the panels, inverter, the storage battery/batteries listed, AC panel, and protection DC panel listed. The PDU/BMS and system rack needed to assemble the battery modules are not included and must be ordered separately based on the number of modules. Mounting structures, cables, connectors, and installation are not included and must be sized by the installer based on the site. Installation and grid connection must be carried out by qualified personnel.
