NAIONICS EverStart sodium cranking batteries for generator sets, chosen by generator output: 12V 20Ah with 460A CCA up to 8 kW, 12V 30Ah with 600A CCA from 8 to 20 kW, 12V 50Ah with 800A CCA from 20 to 50 kW and 24V 50Ah with 800A CCA and Bluetooth from 50 to 120 kW.

A generator is the worst case for a battery: it sits on float for months and then has to start a cold diesel first time. Lead sulphates in that condition and fails exactly when needed. Sodium keeps its cranking power after long idle periods and tolerates the temperatures of unconditioned plant rooms.

Compare CCA with the engine maker's figure and the dimensions with the space provided on the frame.
