Mains 230V chargers for 80V batteries: Litio Store models with power up to 3000W, output voltage dedicated to 80V nominal packs and waterproof IP67 versions, made for lift trucks and handling machines where the charger stays on board.

At 80V a 3000W charger delivers around 37A: on a 690Ah pack that means a long recharge, so on these machines opportunity charging during breaks is preferred, taking advantage of the fact that lithium has no memory effect and accepts partial charges without penalty.

Always check the end of charge voltage and profile the pack BMS requires: a lead curve never completes the charge of a LiFePO4.
