A complete pallet of 36 JA Solar JAM54D40-465/LR photovoltaic modules rated 465 W, for a total output of 16.74 kWp. Buying the full pallet costs noticeably less than buying the modules one by one and brings the whole supply in a single shipment: it is the usual way to complete a large residential system or a commercial installation without assembling the array from different batches. Every module comes from the same production run, with the same power class and the same appearance.
The JAM54D40-465/LR belongs to the DeepBlue 4.0 Pro series and uses monocrystalline N-type TOPCon (Bycium+) cells: 108 half-cut cells on 182 mm wafers, for a module efficiency of 23.3%. The structure is monofacial dual glass, with two 1.6 mm panes and a 30 mm black anodised aluminium frame: more resistant to moisture, ammonia, abrasive sand and microcracks than a backsheet module, with a declared annual degradation of only 0.4%.
The power temperature coefficient is -0.29 %/°C and NMOT is 45 °C, so output stays high through the summer and on poorly ventilated roofs, while the N-type cells keep LID and light-induced degradation low. The uniform black-framed look blends into residential roofs, and the 5400 Pa snow load rating together with the IP68 junction box also suit mountain installations. JA Solar grants 15 years of product warranty and 30 years of linear power warranty (1% loss in the first year, then 0.4% per year).
