Buying the full pallet costs noticeably less than buying single modules: the price per watt drops, shipping is charged once and every panel comes from the same production batch, with electrical tolerances matched to each other. This is the format used to cover a large residential system or a complete commercial plant in a single delivery — villas, renovations, warehouses, carports — without splitting the purchase across several orders.
The module is a JAM54D41-460/LR from the DeepBlue 4.0 Pro series, with 108 monocrystalline N-type TOPCon half-cells of 182 mm. The construction is monofacial full black dual glass: 1.6 mm tempered glass on the front and a second 1.6 mm black glass sheet in place of the backsheet, with a black anodised aluminium frame. The result is an entirely black panel, meant for roofs where appearance counts as much as yield, with an efficiency of 23.02%.
The glass-glass sandwich makes the module stiffer and protects it from moisture, ammonia and abrasion: with no backsheet there is no delamination and no ageing of the rear film. N-type cells lose little in the heat, with a temperature coefficient of -0.29 %/°C, and degrade by only 0.4% a year: 87.4% of the power is guaranteed at 30 years, with a 15-year product warranty. It is the right module for premium residential systems and commercial installations that need a uniform, dark front face.
