The SigenStor EC 5.0 TP is the inverter unit (Energy Controller) of Sigenergy's modular SigenStor system: a 5 kW three-phase hybrid inverter that integrates photovoltaic inverter, battery inverter and energy management in a single body. It stacks with the SigenStor BAT battery modules (1 to 6 modules per controller, battery string voltage 600-900 V) to form a compact tower for wall or floor mounting.

On the photovoltaic side it accepts up to 8,000 W of PV power with 2 MPPTs, a maximum DC voltage of 1,100 V and an MPPT range of 160-1,000 V, so it suits residential and small-business systems with long strings or multiple orientations. Maximum efficiency is 98.1%, backup switchover is 0 ms and off-grid peak power reaches 2 times the rated value for 10 seconds. IP66 protection rating and intelligent air cooling also allow outdoor installation.
