Collection: Forklift batteries

The Forklift series is the Litio Store line for forklifts and handling machines: 24V from 100Ah to 420Ah and 36V up to 690Ah, energy from 2688Wh to 26496Wh and a high-current BMS from 350A to 500A.

On a forklift the critical figure is the inrush current of the lift, which can be far higher than the drive current: that is why the BMS is oversized against capacity. Weight and dimensions matter too, because on many models the battery is the counterweight and the compartment takes no tolerance.

Lithium does away with topping up, gassing and dedicated charging rooms, and takes top-ups during breaks with no memory effect.
