Cable lugs in catalogue view: tinned copper tubular lugs for 95 and 120 mm2 cable, with M8, M10 and M12 eyelets, in the combinations that cover the terminals of batteries, busbars and power inverters.

The choice comes down to three numbers: the cable cross-section, which must match the barrel of the lug with no slack; the eyelet diameter, which must pass over the terminal stud; and the barrel length, which sets the crimping die to use. A 95 lug crimped onto 70 mm2 cable holds mechanically but has contact resistance and runs hot.

Tinned copper resists oxidation, a requirement in a marine environment.
