The section for charging batteries off solar: here is the Litio Store SOLAR BOOST 4820 charge controller, a buck-boost with Bluetooth that works on 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V systems and accepts an array whose voltage sits above or below that of the battery.
The boost function is what separates this charge controller from a conventional MPPT: it will charge a 48V battery from two or three 12V panels in parallel, which comes up often when an existing installation is upgraded and nobody wants to rewire the strings.
Bluetooth is there to set the charge profiles and read production off the phone, with no extra display.
