Victron Energy BlueSolar solar panels: polycrystalline modules at 45W, 130W and 175W in 12V from the 4a series, sizes from 425x668mm to 1485x668mm, and the 330W at 24V from the 4b series at 1980x1002mm.
The constant 668mm width across the 4a series is the practical reason to choose these modules on a vehicle: they sit side by side and combine on a narrow roof using the same mounting rails, which is impossible with panels from different brands and formats.
Polycrystalline gives a few points less than monocrystalline for the same area, but copes better with high temperatures and costs less per watt.
