Pallet of 36 JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro 500 W bifacial solar modules 18 kWp

Full pallet of 36 JA Solar modules rated 500 W, for a total of 18 kWp. Buying the complete pallet costs less than buying single modules and is the usual choice for a complete residential or commercial system.

The JA Solar JAM60D41-500/LB in its full black version is a 500 W solar module from the DeepBlue 4.0 Pro series, built with 120 N-type TOPCon half-cells in a bifacial dual glass layout. The glass-glass construction does away with the polymer backsheet and gives the laminate markedly better mechanical strength and dimensional stability, with certified loads of up to 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the rear. A power temperature coefficient of -0.29 %/°C and N-type cells, free of the light-induced degradation typical of P-type silicon, keep output high through the middle of a summer day, when cell temperature climbs well past the 45 °C NOCT figure.

With a surface area of roughly 2.21 m² and an efficiency of 22.6 %, the panel sits in the high power density class and suits both premium residential systems — the full black finish with black frame makes it a natural fit for visible roof planes and clay tile roofs — and commercial flat roof installations, where the bifacial gain adds energy harvested from light reflected off the mounting surface. N-type cells also respond better in low light conditions, at dawn, at dusk and on overcast days, extending the productive hours of the day. The linear performance warranty runs for 30 years.

Key features

N-type TOPCon cellsThe 120 N-type half-cells eliminate the LID degradation typical of P-type silicon and keep annual power loss low across the full service life of the module.
Bifacial dual glassThe backsheet-free glass-glass structure shields the cells from moisture and abrasion and lets the rear face harvest reflected light as well.
Full black aestheticsA black frame and an even, uniform finish make this module the right choice for residential roofs where the visual result is part of the decision.
Excellent temperature behaviourAt -0.29 %/°C the module loses less energy than PERC technologies once the cell works well beyond the 25 °C of STC.
Certified mechanical strengthFront load up to 5400 Pa and rear load up to 2400 Pa for use in regions with heavy snow load and strong wind gusts.
30-year performance warrantyThree decades of linear output warranty, backed by a product warranty covering materials and workmanship.
