The TW Solar TWMNH-48HW470W is the highest power rating of the TNC 2.0 TWMNH-48HW series: 470 W at 23.5 % efficiency in a format of just 1762 × 1134 mm. It is a monofacial dual glass module with 96 second-generation N-type TOPCon half-cells and a laminate of two 2.0 mm heat-strengthened glass sheets, the front one carrying a high transmittance anti-reflective coating.
Power density is the headline: 470 W from around 2.0 m² means more kWp on roof planes with limited area, which is decisive in residential and small commercial work. The glass-glass construction removes the polymer backsheet and delivers superior resistance to moisture, ammonia and potential induced degradation, with certified loads of up to 6000 Pa on the front and 4000 Pa on the rear. N-type cells are immune to LID, show a power temperature coefficient of -0.28 %/°C and outperform P-type technologies in low light conditions. The warranty covers 15 years on the product and 30 years linear on power.
