The TW Solar TWMNH-54HD505W is a 505 W bifacial dual glass module made by Tongwei, built with 108 N-type TNC (TOPCon) half-cells in a 1961 × 1134 mm format. The glass-glass laminate combines a 2.0 mm heat-strengthened front glass with an anti-reflective coating and a 2.0 mm heat-strengthened rear glass; the bifaciality factor of 80 % ± 5 % lets the rear face convert light reflected off the mounting surface.
At 22.7 % efficiency, this module is particularly well suited to commercial and industrial flat roof systems, to carports and to ground-mounted installations over light-coloured surfaces, where the bifacial contribution turns into extra production at no cost in area. The backsheet-free construction increases resistance to moisture, ammonia and potential induced degradation, with certified loads of 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the rear. N-type cells suffer no LID, show a power temperature coefficient of -0.28 %/°C and work well in low light conditions, extending the productive hours of the day. Warranty: 15 years on the product and 30 years linear on power.
