The TW Solar TWMNH-54HD510W is the 510 W, 22.9 % efficiency version of the Tongwei bifacial dual glass module from the TNC TWMNH-54HD series. It carries 108 N-type TOPCon half-cells in a 1961 × 1134 mm format and a laminate of two 2.0 mm heat-strengthened glass sheets, with a bifaciality factor of 80 % ± 5 %: the rear face adds to production by converting light reflected off the mounting surface.
It is a well-balanced module in terms of power, size and weight (26.5 kg), suited to ballasted commercial flat roof systems, to solar carports and to ground-mounted installations, but equally usable on medium to large residential projects. The absence of a polymer backsheet increases durability in damp or aggressive environments and resistance to potential induced degradation; certified loads are 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the rear. N-type cells eliminate LID, show a power temperature coefficient of -0.28 %/°C and hold good performance in low light conditions. Warranty: 15 years on the product and 30 years linear on power.
