Solar Cable 4 mm² Black 100 m Coil
Single-core solar cable with a 4 mm² conductor cross-section in black, supplied on a 100-metre coil, for wiring the direct current side of a photovoltaic system: connections between the modules, string extension leads and the run from the array to the string combiner box or the inverter. Twice the length of the 50 m coil, it allows you to cover longer runs without joints and to wire several strings from a single pack.
The construction is the one specific to photovoltaic cables: a flexible tinned copper conductor, which resists oxidation over time, and double insulation in halogen-free cross-linked polyolefin, resistant to UV rays, ozone, moisture and the wide temperature swings of a roof, for outdoor exposure that lasts the entire life of the system. The black colour conventionally identifies the negative pole of the string. The ends are to be terminated on site with crimp photovoltaic connectors.
