Aiko 01C Solar Connector Pair Male and Female 1500V DC IP68 for ABC Modules

This is the Aiko 01C connector pair, one male and one female, used to terminate a string of Aiko modules with the 01C ending into the inverter. It is the spare or replacement connector for anyone running those modules: two are needed per string, one per polarity, at the inverter entry point.

The thing to keep in mind is that the 01C is not an MC4: it is a proprietary Aiko interface and will not mate with standard MC4 connectors, nor with the MC4-EVO2 variants. If your modules carry the 01C suffix, these are the connectors to use, and it is worth keeping a few on site for replacements and for made-to-length leads.

Aiko states a system voltage of 1500V DC, a working current matching the module junction box (25A or 30A depending on version) and an IP68 rating under load, with IP67 mated at 1 metre for an hour and IP65 when open. The cable is 4mm² stranded tinned copper. Type approval is TÜV to IEC 62852+A1, safety class is II and the material is UL94-V0 flame retardant. Crimping and assembly need the correct tool and qualified hands.
