Configurable three-phase Deye storage kit
Hybrid inverter from 8kW to 20kW + SE-F16 batteries from 16.08kWh to 64.32kWh
Complete DC side included: Victron Lynx busbar, MEGA fuses, cables and lugs
A low-voltage three-phase storage kit that arrives ready to wire. You pick the inverter, the battery version and how many batteries you want, and the whole DC side comes sized for that exact configuration. No shopping list to rebuild from the manual: busbar, fuses, cables and lugs all change with the configuration you choose, following what the Deye manual requires on conductor cross-sections and on the protection between battery and inverter.
What you choose
- Inverter — Deye SUN-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 three-phase, 2 MPPT, 48V battery, backup on all three phases, IP65, CEI 0-21. Seven sizes: 8kW, 10kW, 14kW, 15kW, 16kW, 18kW, 20kW.
- Battery — Deye SE-F16, 16.08kWh LiFePO4 51.2V 314Ah, IP65, up to 32 units in parallel. Two versions: standard Version C, or Max-H heated, with internal cell heating for cold or unheated rooms.
- Number of batteries — 1 to 4, that is 16.08kWh to 64.32kWh of storage.
Always in the box
- 1 Deye three-phase hybrid inverter in the size you chose
- 1 to 4 Deye SE-F16 batteries in the version you chose, each with its own 1000mm power cables
- Victron Lynx Distributor busbar with 4 fuse positions and a status LED on every position (one or two units depending on the configuration)
- Victron MEGA fuse 58V: one per battery and one per inverter cable pair
- 1m inverter-to-busbar cables with lugs, in the cross-section Deye specifies for that inverter size
Why a fused busbar instead of a straight parallel: with two or more batteries, paralleling straight onto the inverter terminals leaves each branch without selective protection and makes the cable runs unequal. With the Lynx Distributor every battery gets its own fuse, the LED shows an open fuse at a glance, and all branches stay the same length, so current shares out the way it should.
How the DC side changes with the configuration
The 8kW and 10kW sizes have a single battery input (one positive, one negative); the 14kW to 20kW sizes have two, so they are wired with two cable pairs.
| Inverter | 1 battery | 2 batteries | 3 batteries | 4 batteries |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8kW, 10kW 1 battery input |
No busbar: battery wired straight to the inverter with an in-line fuse holder and a 250A MEGA fuse | 1 Lynx Distributor, 3 fuses, 1 pair of 70mm² cables | 1 Lynx Distributor, 4 fuses, 1 pair of 70mm² cables | 2 Lynx Distributors side by side, 5 fuses, 1 pair of 70mm² cables |
| 14kW, 15kW, 16kW 2 battery inputs |
1 Lynx Distributor, 3 fuses, 2 pairs of 50mm² cables | 1 Lynx Distributor, 4 fuses, 2 pairs of 50mm² cables | 2 Lynx Distributors, 5 fuses, 2 pairs of 50mm² cables | 2 Lynx Distributors, 6 fuses, 2 pairs of 50mm² cables |
| 18kW, 20kW 2 battery inputs |
1 Lynx Distributor, 3 fuses, 2 pairs of 70mm² cables | 1 Lynx Distributor, 4 fuses, 2 pairs of 70mm² cables | 2 Lynx Distributors, 5 fuses, 2 pairs of 70mm² cables | 2 Lynx Distributors, 6 fuses, 2 pairs of 70mm² cables |
The Lynx Distributor has four fuse positions: once batteries plus inverter cable pairs go past four, a second unit is bolted to the first on the internal bars.
Cross-sections and currents
| Inverter | Power | Battery inputs | Battery current | Inverter-to-busbar cables |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Still to design around it: this kit covers everything between the batteries and the inverter. The DC array combiner, the AC board with its protections and RCD, the earthing, the export meter and any PV modules remain part of the wider design. We can quote those too: send us the configuration and you get a complete offer back.
