What it does
- The gateway with a 4G modem takes the data of all the sensors to the cloud: the house needs neither a fixed line nor Wi-Fi.
- The magnetic contacts on the entrance door and the windows and the movement sensors in the two main rooms send an immediate notification at every opening or passage. Between one guest and the next you can see when the cleaning company comes in and whether a window has been left open.
- The leak sensors on the floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen give warning with 0.5 mm of water: they sound on the spot and send the notification.
- The temperature and humidity sensor reports the risk of frost in the pipes and the humidity that leads to mould in a closed house: initial thresholds at 3 °C and 75%, which can be changed from the app.
- The switched socket turns the electric water heater or a plug-in convector heater on and off, on request from the app or on a schedule, and measures its voltage, current, power and consumption in kWh.
- The detector in the kitchen monitors the presence of natural gas, with an audible alarm at 85 dB and a notification. It has an output to drive a shut-off valve, where one is fitted.
- History, graphs and notifications can be consulted from a smartphone and from a PC, for several houses too.

How it is installed
4G gateway. Compact indoor gateway, standing on a piece of furniture or fixed to the wall or the ceiling, in a central position and at a point where a phone gets good 4G: near a window, not in the cellar. USB-C 5 V power supply from a socket, data SIM in micro format. IP30 protection, operation from -20 to +50 °C.
Movement and openings. Movement sensors on the wall, 1.5-2.5 m above the floor, with double-sided tape or wall plugs, facing the passage area: range up to 8 m, angle of 120°. There must be no moving curtains or fans in the field of view. Magnetic contacts on the door and the windows: sensor on the frame, magnet on the opening leaf, notched sides facing each other, no more than 20 mm between the two parts.
Water, frost and mould. Leak sensors laid flat on the floor where the water arrives first: behind the toilet, under the sink, next to the washing machine or the water heater. Temperature and humidity sensor on the wall with screws or double-sided tape in the coldest room of the house, near the exposed pipes or on the north-facing wall, away from radiators and from metal objects. It measures from -30 to +70 °C.
Switched socket and gas. The switched socket goes into the Schuko wall socket and the water heater into the switched socket: maximum load 16 A, indoors and in dry rooms only, away from heat sources. Gas detector on the wall with two wall plugs, 10-30 cm below the ceiling and 1.5-4 m horizontally from the hob or the boiler, powered from a socket with the supplied 12 V power supply.
Configuration. By NFC with a smartphone and the manufacturer's free app: names of the rooms, frost and humidity thresholds, reading intervals, current limit of the socket. The gateway and the SIM are configured from a browser. No dedicated PC and no cables are needed.
Documentation included. A written installation guide with heights, distances, the recommended position of every sensor, how to insert the SIM and the switch-on sequence, and the initial configuration of thresholds and notifications with the room names given when ordering.

Before you order
There is no internet in the house: does it work all the same?
Yes. The gateway has a built-in 4G modem and needs only a data SIM (not included, any operator, less than 1 GB of traffic per month) and a power socket. Before ordering, check that a phone gets 4G in the house. If the house already has a router that is always on, the version with the gateway connected by Ethernet or Wi-Fi is available, at a lower cost: it is chosen when ordering.
Does a single gateway cover the whole house?
In a flat or in a house on one or two floors, yes, with the gateway in a central position. The range inside a building depends on walls and floor slabs: for stone houses with very thick walls, detached outbuildings or several units in the same block, write to us from the contacts section and we will consider a gateway of higher range. One gateway handles hundreds of devices.
Is it a burglar alarm?
No. The contacts and the movement sensors send a warning to your phone, but the kit has no siren, it does not connect to a security company and it is not a certified intrusion alarm system. It is there to let you know what is happening in an empty house: who comes in and when, a window left open, an unscheduled passage.
Can I also switch on the boiler or a water heater with no plug?
The socket controls only appliances with a Schuko plug up to 16 A: electric water heaters, convector heaters, dehumidifiers. If the current exceeds the limit, the socket disconnects by itself. For a gas boiler, a water heater wired directly into the installation or a heat pump, a different type of control is needed: describe the installation to us from the contacts section. Water heaters and stoves are not included.
Is the gas detector suitable for LPG too?
No. It detects only mains methane; it does not detect LPG or carbon monoxide. For houses with an LPG cylinder or tank, write to us from the contacts section before ordering. The internal sensor has a life of 5 years from switch-on, after which the detector must be replaced.
I have a larger house or more houses to monitor
The kit is configured on the house: contacts, movement sensors and leak sensors are added, while the gateway and the platform stay the same. Among the product options you will find the size for houses with more openings; for several units, villas or different situations, write to us from the contacts section stating the number of rooms, openings and floors: we will send you the composition and the quotation for the adapted kit.
Battery life
The manufacturer states from 5 to more than 10 years for the temperature and humidity sensor with one reading every 10 minutes, about 5 years for the contacts and the leak sensors, from 2 to 4 years for the movement sensors, depending on the distance from the gateway and the number of events. The batteries are lithium and can be replaced. The charge level is visible in the app.
Where is the data consulted and are there any fees?
On the manufacturer's app and portal, from a smartphone and a PC, with graphs, thresholds and notifications; no fee for basic use, only the traffic of the SIM remains at your expense. Where there is short-let management software or a home automation system, the gateway can also send the data to that system (MQTT or HTTP): the configuration is included.
What happens if the 4G or the power goes down?
With no 4G coverage the notifications are not sent until the signal comes back; the gas detector and the leak sensors sound on the spot anyway. With no power the gateway, the socket and the gas detector stop, while the battery-powered sensors keep measuring. The app shows when the gateway is offline: that in itself is useful information about an empty house.
Is an electrician needed?
No, if there is a socket near the place where the gas detector is installed: the 12 V power supply is included. If there is no socket, an electrician brings one to the position with the material of the complete version. The switched socket is plugged in by hand, the sensors are battery powered and are fixed with double-sided tape or wall plugs.
