DC+AC Combiner Box 1000 V with Type 2 SPD, 2 Strings 2 MPPT, 20 A Three-Phase
Combined DC+AC combiner box for photovoltaic systems with residential size three-phase inverters. It manages 2 PV strings on 2 MPPT inputs and integrates in a single wall-mounted enclosure the surge protection of the DC side and the protection of the AC line.
On the DC side there is a Type 2 surge protective device for 1000 V DC, which limits the surges induced by indirect lightning strikes and by grid switching, protecting the inverter inputs. On the AC side there are a Type 2 SPD and a 20 A three-phase miniature circuit breaker, which protects and isolates the connection line between inverter and distribution board. This is the standard configuration for three-phase systems without a lightning protection system.
