DC+AC Combiner Box 1000 V with Type 2 SPD, 2 Strings 2 MPPT, 25 A Three-Phase
Combined DC+AC combiner box for three-phase photovoltaic systems of residential and small business size. It gathers 2 photovoltaic strings on 2 independent MPPT inputs and protects, within the same enclosure, both the direct current line running to the inverter and the alternating current line running to the distribution board.
Protection is provided by a Type 2 surge protective device for 1000 V DC on the string side, a Type 2 surge arrester on the grid side and a 25 A three-phase miniature circuit breaker, rated for three-phase inverters up to about 15 kW of output power. The box is wall-mounted near the inverter and allows the AC line to be isolated during maintenance.
