DC+AC Combiner Box with Type 1+2 SPD on DC Side, 2 Strings 2 MPPT, 16 A Three-Phase and 300 mA RCD
Combined DC+AC combiner box for photovoltaic systems with three-phase inverters, intended for buildings fitted with a lightning protection system on the generator side. It manages 2 PV strings on 2 MPPT inputs.
The DC side is protected by a Type 1+2 surge protective device for 1000 V DC, also able to discharge direct lightning current; the AC side by a Type 2 SPD, a 16 A three-phase miniature circuit breaker and a 300 mA Type A residual current circuit breaker. The 300 mA threshold is typical of protection against electrically caused fires on the supply line, and not of protection against direct contact.
