Jean Müller KETO-00 NH000/NH00 Fuse Switch-Disconnector 160A 250V DC for Batteries
The KETO-00 is the fuse switch-disconnector you use to isolate and protect the DC side of a storage system: it sits between the battery bank and the inverter and lets you open the circuit safely, by hand, for maintenance or in an emergency. Inside it carries the NH fuse links, which are the actual protection against short circuit and overload.
This is the bare body: links are not included and are ordered separately, two of them, one on the positive pole and one on the negative. Size them on the battery’s maximum charge and discharge current with a safety margin, not on inverter power. The KETO-00 accepts NH000 and NH00 links up to 160A and works to 250V DC, which covers every 48V and 51.2V battery bank, single or paralleled.
Jean Müller specifies M8 flat terminals for 25mm² to 95mm² cable, 106mm width and a 195mm system size: baseplate or wall mounting, or DIN rail with the retrofit kit. Conditional short-circuit current is 120kA at 500V, impulse withstand 8kV, operating range -25°C to +70°C. The range is moving from blue to black, so either version may ship. Installation is a job for a qualified electrician.
