Tigo TAP Access Point for TS4 Optimisers — Wireless Link to the Cloud Connect
TS4 optimisers talk over radio, not cable: the TAP is the antenna that picks up their signals and takes them to the Cloud Connect. Without a TAP the optimisers work but are invisible: no per-module monitoring, no commanded rapid shutdown, no diagnostics.
It mounts on the racking near the modules and connects to the Cloud Connect Advanced with a data cable. How many TAPs you need depends on how many optimisers there are and how they are spread over the roof: on a domestic system one is normally enough. Tigo code 158-00000-02, 126 × 130 × 27 mm, 230 g.
