Victron Energy Quattro Charger 24V 120A Inverter 3000 VA
Like the MultiPlus, the Quattro is also a combined inverter/charger. It can also accept two AC inputs (for example, a generator and mains power) and automatically switch to the active source. This model includes a 5000 VA pure sine wave inverter and a 120A charger.
Quattro is one of the most modern and technologically advanced combined inverter/chargers in the Victron Energy line. Its many configuration options make it particularly well suited to use in lithium battery systems. Its technical features are very similar to the MultiPlus, but the Quattro has two AC inputs that it can manage simultaneously. Typically one is reserved for shore power and the other for a diesel generator.
Exclusive PowerAssist function
The Quattro will prevent overload when AC sources are limited, such as a generator or a shore power connection. First, battery charging is automatically reduced when it would otherwise cause an overload. The next level boosts the generator's or shore power's output with energy drawn from the battery.
Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation
Up to 6 Quattro units can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Three-phase or split-phase configurations are also possible.
Remote monitoring and control
When paired with a GX device you can monitor and control your Quattro and the system, or systems, over a local network (LAN) or remotely via the Internet, wherever you are, thanks to the free VRM app. It can be accessed from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC on various operating systems.
Optional accessories
- Digital MultiControl GX remote panel: this panel lets you control the inverter/charger's main functions (turning the charger and inverter on and off, adjusting the maximum current draw from a shore power post)
- VE.Bus Bluetooth Smart Dongle: this accessory lets you monitor and manage the operation of Multiplus series inverters too, via Bluetooth, using the Victron Connect app (in Italian).
