Deye SUN-XL02-A Power Optimiser 700 W 80 V 15 A IP68
The Deye SUN-XL02-A power optimiser is fitted behind a single panel and makes it work at its own maximum power point independently of the other modules in the string. It is the answer to real roofs: shade from chimneys and trees, roof planes with different orientations, modules of different age or soiling. Deye states an energy gain of between 5% and 25%, with a peak conversion efficiency of 99.5% that does not eat into that gain.
It handles up to 700 W and 80 V per module with 15 A input, works in 1000 V and 1500 V systems and communicates by PLC over the existing PV cables, so no additional data wiring is needed. The IP68 housing with double insulation and the -40/+85 °C range suit permanent field mounting, with MC4 connectors. It is used with Deye single-phase and three-phase string inverters; for string-level rapid shutdown, move to the SUN-XL02-B version with the SUN-XL20-B concentrator.
