The SMone SM-SVG-20-0.4-4L-W is a static reactive power compensator (SVG) rated 20 kVAr for three-phase 400 V networks with neutral (3L+N+PE). Based on IGBT power electronics, it injects reactive current continuously and bidirectionally, compensating both inductive loads (motors, transformers) and capacitive ones (cables, electronic power supplies) and rebalancing the phases.
It is designed for wall mounting in the switchgear room, connected in parallel with the line with the current measured through external CTs. Compared with traditional capacitor-based power factor correction, it eliminates steps, inrush transients and resonance risks. The response time of less than 10 ms, the integrated touch panel and the RS485 Modbus interface make it suitable for industrial plants, the service sector and photovoltaic self-consumption systems.
