The SMone SM-SVG-35-0.4-4L-W is a static reactive power compensator (SVG) rated 35 kVAr for three-phase 400 V networks with neutral (3L+N+PE). The IGBT electronics generate reactive current continuously, compensating inductive and capacitive loads and rebalancing the currents between the phases, without the steps and transients of capacitor banks.
The unit is wall-mounted in the switchgear room and works in parallel with the line, with the current read from external current transformers with a secondary not exceeding 5 A. The response time of less than 10 ms allows it to follow highly variable loads such as welders, presses and motor starts; the integrated touch control panel and the RS485 Modbus port allow parameter setting and remote supervision, including in support of photovoltaic self-consumption systems.
