Huawei SUN2000-330KTL-H1 String Inverter 300 kW Three-Phase 6 MPPT
The Huawei SUN2000-330KTL-H1 is a three-phase string inverter for utility scale systems, with photovoltaic input voltage up to 1,500 V and medium-voltage output at 800 V AC. It delivers 300 kW of rated active power with 330 kVA of maximum apparent power and has 6 MPPT trackers with up to 28 inputs in total, 65 A per MPPT and 115 A short-circuit current, so it is sized for high-current bifacial modules.
Maximum efficiency exceeds 99.03%, with a European efficiency above 98.8% and harmonic distortion below 1% at rated power. Smart Air Cooling, the IP66 protection rating and C5-Medium anti-corrosion protection also make it suitable for installations in aggressive environments. It integrates string-level diagnostics, intelligent string disconnection, connector temperature detection and the RS485, USB and MBUS interfaces.
