The Deye SUN-3.6K-G04P1-EU-AM1 string inverter is a single-phase grid-tie unit rated 3.6 kW, designed for small and medium residential PV systems that need a compact, silent and grid-code compliant device. With a single MPPT, a start-up voltage of only 80 V and a 70-500 V operating window, it performs well with short strings, poorly oriented roof planes or arrays with few modules, and accepts up to 4.7 kW of PV power.
Fanless natural cooling, an IP65 enclosure and a weight of just 5.6 kg make it suitable for outdoor or garage installation. It is declared compliant with CEI 0-21 and EN 50549 and handles zero-export operation with an external meter. It combines with the other single-phase Deye G04P1-EU-AM1 inverters and, on shaded roofs, with the Deye SUN-XL02-A and SUN-XL02-B module optimisers.
