Dyness Stack280 14.34kWh 280Ah High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery Module
The Dyness Stack280 is the 14.34kWh module of the Stack280 stackable storage system, built for commercial and industrial sites and equally at home where domestic consumption runs high. Each module holds 280Ah at 51.2V: one unit does the work of almost three 5kWh batteries, with a single connection to make.
Modules stack into clusters in series, and a system starts at 43kWh — three modules. Connecting up to 12 clusters in parallel takes capacity to 215kWh. Continuous discharge is 7168W, rising to a 10240W peak, with charge and discharge current up to 200A: enough for machinery and industrial loads, not only domestic self-consumption.
Safety is the defining feature: inside the module an aerosol fire suppression system detects and smothers an incipient fire within 5 seconds, while forced air cooling keeps cell temperature in check under load. The LiFePO4 cells are designed for more than 8000 cycles at a 95% depth of discharge. The module weighs 110kg, so handling needs planning. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by qualified personnel.
