Dyness Stack280 BDU Control Unit with Base for High Voltage Storage

The BDU of the Dyness Stack280 is the intelligent control unit without which the storage system cannot operate. It handles battery management with advanced protection functions and integrated thermal management, and ships together with the base that carries and steadies the column of modules. You need one per Stack280 tower.

It is sized for large installations: it supports up to 15 modules per tower and 12 towers in parallel, for a total capacity above 2.58MWh. So this is the control part commercial and industrial storage is built around, not only domestic systems.

The built-in WiFi allows remote monitoring and OTA firmware updates, worth having on plant that will stay in service for years. The BDU plus base weighs 38kg and pairs with Stack280 battery modules, ordered separately.
