Deye SUN-18K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 18 kW Three-Phase Low-Voltage Hybrid Inverter, 2 MPPT
The SUN-18K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 fills the 18 kW slot in the three-phase low-voltage range: three phases out, two 36 A MPPTs and 48 V batteries. It is what you need once the plant has outgrown a single-phase inverter but there is no reason to move to high voltage, because 48 V storage stays easier to extend one module at a time.
It takes up to 36.000 W of PV, more than twice its rated power, so the array can be oversized to keep yielding in poor light. Charge and discharge current reaches 330 A: on large rack banks that means charging and discharging genuinely fast, not just on paper. Two independent battery inputs, CAN and RS485 to the BMS, backup output for essential loads.
Up to ten units in parallel, on-grid and off-grid, with AC coupling to retrofit an existing PV system and generator charging. Peak efficiency 97.6%, European 97.0%, MPPT above 99%. IP65 with intelligent air cooling, LCD display, Wi-Fi included. CEI 0-21 certified for grid connection in Italy.
