Felicity 18.18kWp solar kit with 32kWh storage – 15kW three-phase hybrid
Thirty-two kilowatt-hours of storage behind a 15kW inverter is the size for a large house or a small business that also works in the evening: two FLA48314-EU batteries of 16kWh each, floor-standing, paralleled on the same 48V bus.
On the roof, thirty-six 505W Trina modules make 18.18kWp in two strings of eighteen at 684V: inside the inverter's 800V and long enough to cut cable and losses. The inverter takes up to 22.5kW, so there is room to extend the array without touching the electronics.
The two batteries in parallel give 320A continuous, 16kW: more than the inverter's output, so the 32kWh discharge without a bottleneck, and time-of-use scheduling charges in the cheap hours and discharges in the expensive ones. Three-phase 15kW board with CEI 0-21 interface protection and DC board included.
