Terminals and lugs for large cross-section cable: tinned copper tubular lugs for 95 and 120 mm2 cable, with M8, M10 and M12 eyelets, the ones needed for the connections between battery, busbar and power inverter.

On a 120 mm2 conductor crimping cannot be improvised: it takes a hydraulic tool with the correct die, because an incomplete crimp creates contact resistance, and at 200A that resistance turns into heat at the terminal.

Check that the eyelet diameter matches the stud on the terminal post and plan for heat-shrink sleeving to insulate the joint.
